TOUR 1: PALAU SOLITÀ & PLEGAMANS

14-palaucastell(It’s recommended to do this tour during the weekend in order to be sure that it is open)

Take C-59 to Barcelona direction. Take the exit Palau Solità i Plegamans.

  • Romanesque Church Palau Solità.Twelve century. Placed in Sagrera quarter, leaving the Cattle Track Avenue.
  • Plegamans Castle. 14th century. It’s easy to find it; you just have to look up. Folch i Torres Foundation can be visited.
  • Can Cortès Farm.From year 1678. Placed at the centre village. Currently museum and civic centre. At Christmastime, a Christmas crib exhibition takes place there.
  • L’Hostal del Fum Park.In the km 4,3 of C-59 road (Caldes direction), to Industrial Estate Riera de Caldes, 30 hectares Park. On Sunday there is a train running throughout the park.

TOUR 2: CALDES DE MONTBUI

  • Caldes de Montbui’s Historical Village Centre Visit.From Termalia Museum we can arrange guided tours. Suggested to be visited: The Church and The Laundry Sinks, The Roman Bridge, Spa Resorts and Museum.
  • Iberian Village Visit.Trekking trail PR9. Starting point from Can Rius Park.
  • Delger Museum Visit.Phone n. 93.865.41.40
  • Mare de Déu del Remei Chapel Visit.Sant Feliu de Codines direction, leaving the village.
  • Farell Viewpoints Mountain.Leaving Caldes, to Sant Sebastià de Montmajor. Along the road there are some interesting landscape points.
  • Sant Sebastià de Montmajor.The Chapel can be visited.

TOUR 3: SANT MIQUEL DEL FAI, SANT FELIU DE CODINES & GALLIFA

(Recommended any day, except on Monday)

  • Sant Miquel del Fai Guided Tour:Unique natural area. Typical local products sale.
  • Mare de Déu de l’Ecologia Sanctuary. There is a road starting at Sant Feliu that goes to Gallifa, there you can find the Sanctuary.
  • Sant Llorenç Savall Visit:Its chapel can be visited and have a walk by its small streets.

TOUR 4: SANT FELIU DE CODINES, CASTELLCIR & MOIÀ


(Recommended any day except on Monday)

  • Cim d’Àligues Visit:there you can see birds of prey flight exhibitions.
  • “La Baronia” Castle Visit:(it’s necessary to arrange an appointment): to Moià.
  • Toll Caves:once a Moià, go to Collsuspina. (it’s necessary to arrange an appointment)
  • Moià Museum and Park Visit
  • “El Molí Vell” and its lake for visiting
