Around our camping you can find different traditional products and its hundred-year-old production. All of them have a high quality.
Moreover there is a great cuisine tradition, this leads to have a great variety of restaurants where tasting the traditional cuisine and local products.
Cracknels and milk curt are typical local desserts. These two products have Food Product Local DO, label that makes them unique by its quality and tradition. Caldes honey can be a good accompaniment.
Orange anisette and Flors del Remei are most typical flavoured liqueurs. The first one is made by orange skin and “matafaluga” (anisette) seeds. Flors del Remei is made of aromatic herbs.
Noodle soup is another Caldes traditional product. Tradition goes back to 1700, with different families’ generations keeping the same way to make excellent quality of pasta traditionally.
Not to mention also, Caldes high quality cold sausages, especially llonganissa.
