GENERAL CONDITIONS 2025

1. PLOTS

1.1.  The plot can be occupied at 15:00 on the day of arrival.

1.2.  The departure from the plot must be made before 12:00 hours, all belongings must be removed and without leaving any abandoned items or garbage within the plot.

1.3. You can consult the supplements to extend the departure of the stay on the plot.

1.4. The price of the plot includes the entrance of 1 car or motorbike + 1 tent/caravan/motorhome + electricity (6A).

1.5. Apart from the plot, the prices of the members will be added: adults, children (3 to 10 years) and dog.

1.6. The campsite reserves the right to modify the allocated plot square replacing it for another of the same category in the case of organizational need.

2. BUNGALOWS AND MOBILE HOMES

2.1. The accommodation will be available to the client at 15:00 on the day of arrival.

2.2. Departure from the accommodation must be at 12:00 at the latest on the day of departure.

2.3. A deposit of €60 will be required upon arrival and will be returned within a maximum of 4 days.

2.4. Bed linen, blankets and shower towels are included in the prices. Towels have a deposit of 5€ each which is returned at the end of the stay.

2.5. The price of accommodation includes 4 people.

2.6. You can add 1 extra person who will be paid separately having the option to use the sofa bed.

2.7. Bed linen is not included on the sofa bed. You have the option to rent the bedding kit for the sofa bed (you have to order it at reception in advance).

2.8. Animals are not allowed except in 1 bungalow and 1 mobile home. Please check availability and inform reception of the entrance of pets.

2.9. The campsite El Pasqualet reserves the right to apply a minimum of 2 nights.

2.10. During the high season, the campsite El Pasqualet reserves the right to apply a minimum of 6 nights.

3. ADVANCE PAYMENTS ON PLOT AND ACCOMMODATION

3.1. To make the reservation a payment and deposit of 30% of the total will be made.

3.2. The outstanding amount will be done through the online autocheck-in system that will be provided automatically to the customer through an email.

3.3. In the case of not autochecking, the total or outstanding amount will have to be done at the reception on the day of arrival.

4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

4.1. In case of cancellation the campsite must be informed at least 15 days in advance.

4.2. The refund of the advance payment will not be made to any cancellation within the period of 15 days before the entry of the stay.

5. VISITS

5.1. Any person wishing to enter the campsite El Pasqualet not declared at check-in is considered a visit.

5.2. Only guests staying at El Pasqualet campsite are allowed.

5.3. All visitors must register at the reception accompanied by the holder of the stay to authorize the visit.

5.4. Visiting hours are from 8h to 22h.

5.5. Any visit must go through reception to notify your departure from the campsite El Pasqualet.
